Shane Wells

Shane is the Vice President and Regional Engineering Director for our team in Phoenix, Arizona. With a passion for energy efficiency, Shane is a dedicated problem-solver who tailors each design to fit the specific requirements of each project. With over a decade of experience in MEP and fire protection design, his project management expertise spans various sectors, including hospitality, senior living, education, laboratories, healthcare, commercial, corporate facilities, and government.

Shane is an active member of the Phoenix community and participates in organizations like ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers) and CACHE (the Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed professional engineer in five states. Additionally, he serves as the Engineer of Record for new projects in the Arizona market.
