We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Family Positive Workplace Certification by the Potts Family Foundation. This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering a work environment where family needs are genuinely valued and supported.

In our commitment to fostering a family-friendly workplace, we offer flexible work schedules, remote work options, and comprehensive family leave benefits. We have recently taken this commitment a step further by introducing paid paternal and maternity leave. Our maternity leave policy is designed to support birthing mothers as they recover from delivery, while our paid paternal leave helps ensure that all new parents have the time they need to bond with their growing families.

Our mission at HP Engineering has always been to create a supportive and balanced work environment,” said Brandon Pinkerton, one of our founders and owners. “We are honored to receive this certification and to reaffirm our commitment to putting families first. We believe that a harmonious work-life interaction not only strengthens our team but also enhances our contributions to the community.

The Potts Family Foundation’s Family Positive Workplace program helps employers implement policies that enable employees to balance their work and family responsibilities effectively. By achieving this certification, HP Engineering joins a growing number of Oklahoma employers dedicated to supporting their workforce’s family needs, which in turn benefits both employees and the company through improved recruitment, retention, and productivity.
